Not so good work. Nice ambiance.I was client of Dipankar...I did smoothening there. But in the day of hair wash ,saptami, I called them to inform them that my wash was there,they told me to come Within 9p.m,but when I reached, the parlour was closed. So, I went for hair wash next day. But I was very much disappointed,bcz the boy who washed my hair, did not know nothing, he wrongly applied a wrong masque on my hair without shampooing, although the expert was present there, they did not give any instructions to the boy,when I informed them ,the boy again washed my hair. but my hair was totally damaged. Actually when my smoothening work is done I told Dipankar that my hair looks not so straight, but he denied. The manager 's behaviour is rough also, Dipankar did not ironing my hair properly, I told him,but he didn't agree with me and also the manager. I am telling everybody not to go here for any work. My hair is totally damaged now ,only one month is past.Rs.5000/- of mine is also wasted.

Artist Akhtar is real magician he is very polite and smart as I told him only once and he done his work (hair cut & beard trimmed)quite well very happy, Face cleanup was done by sambha she is very professional and well mannered.loved there work.
