THE JAWAI GATEWAY HOTEL - Hotel in Sumerpur - Pali, India

Not Happy with Our Stay We stayed at this hotel in Jawai for 2.5 days, booking a super deluxe room. Unfortunately, it wasn't what we expected. We were charged for water bottles, the room smelled bad, and TV didn't work. Parking was also a hassle. Overall, our experience was disappointing, and we hope things improve for others.

Hotel rooms are good but they don't serve drinking water to rooms . Only 1 liter served and extra drinking water charged

Very spacious room...best hotel in Sumerpur..kids friendly.. restaurant was awesome.. delicious food.

A Memorable and great Stay All i could say is WOW!!! I enjoyed and loved it. The best part of the resort is the LOCATION which will take you to the best of your time in your life.Centrally located in the city On the Jawai dam Road With superb view with roof top restaurant.Very neat and clean room large spacious and with great interiors. Another great part of The JAWAI GATEWAY is their Hospitality which literally makes you feel like a very special person. They do treat you with love and care for their guests like family.Food is also good, looking at the place and what best could possibly be available in such a remote location. And how could i forget the Safari ride experience they filled in me... Yes it is bumpy but remember it is forest, Yes it is adventurous and they do literally drive the Gypsy on the mountains and is only for brave-hearts,Last but not least is the Leopard Sighting which made me feel like i am 100% satisfied with this trip. EXCELLENT! AWESOME! GREAT! MESMERIZING! SUPERB!

Very pleasant stay and staff was very friendly, you don't have to worry about penny things here as they are always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Jawai Leopard Century. Food is good. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Spacious. Coming here again for sure.

It is a nice, budget hotel. A boutique property with limited room but courteous and cooperative staff. Little far away(around 22 km) from the Safari points but someone travelling by own vehicles can opt this property to avoid overtly expensive places at the actual safari point of Jawai Dam. Serves delicious and fresh food like a home cooked meal.

Very Poor! Although I will not deny the rooms quality and ambience, but when your staff is not up to the mark of your investment standard, your image is surely going to spoil. Manager's attitude is very disappointing specially when you are charging so high for that small town, the expected service quality must be on top. But very disappointed with Manger's attitude and was not at all cooperative in any manner. When you are on holiday and you get so much of stressed stay, your Holidays are spoiled. Lastly, they have hidden charges even after booking Online, just in the name of Hotel policy. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! Please hire some professional staff !!!

Went to Jawai for Leopard Safari and all Luxury tents were fully booked because of extended Holi weekend hence had no choice but to book this place. Here is my quick review so that other tourists can be benefited. Nearest Railway Station: Jawai Bandh (7km) and Falna (35km) Location: Middle of the city Ambience: Average, seems like a commercial property converted into boutique hotel Room sizes: Mid sizes, perfect for a couple or with 1 extra bed Room Type: Neat & clean, they need to fix their smelly washroom Restaurant: Veg food available, Decor is average / decent. Food: Fresh and tasty 7/10 Owner/ Manager is approachable, can help you with Safari booking and rent a car. They need to keep this place neat and clean so that budget travellers can get dL decent accommodation and food. PS: Please ask your staffs to keep serving tray cleaned, how can they serve food in dirty trays.
