BIG NO - never think of organizing any marriage function or family function in Jamun Tree Hotel. Detailed experience at Jamun Tree Hotel : Happened to be there for 1 day for my relative's marriage (summer time). 1) Hotel has two floors - Meeting rooms & banquets are on first floor & rooms are on second floor. BTW, there is no lifts in hotel. The only way to go to your room is via stairs. Highly unconformable for senior citizens and person with health issues to reach room. This is pathetic. We had to book 2-3 rooms in adjacent hotel to accommodate our senior citizen parents there. 2) Hotel staffs are highly unprofessional - they do have have a courtesy to carry the luggage to guest room (even after request). Be ready to carry your own luggage - in case you are booking this venue for any functions. Imagine female guests and seniors carrying their own luggage to rooms. 3) Even basic facilities inside the room seems to be non-working. Our room's AC was not working and even after repeated complaints, no one came to help - we had to get ready in another person's room where AC was working. 4) Taps were leaking and bathroom was not clean. No toiletries or towels were provided in Hotel room. 5) Get ready to face frequent Power Cuts in hotel // sometimes complete blackout. 5) Food was served cold and items were not getting refilled even when they were finished. Even, the service was slow and sluggish. At the end : one of the waiter told that water bottle has been finished and not available. This is disaster for the hospitality of this hotel. Even when the property seems to be spacious and good, but the management and staffs are big disaster. They do not know how to treat their guests - even after charging hefty amount of money, they are not giving any service. It seems they are doing charity - if you expect any service from them. We felt completely disappointed and cheated from this hotel management.
It's a superb property with great amenities and Hospitality. I would recommend all to stay here while visiting Muzaffarpur Bihar, I am glad with the services and cooperation the property manager offered. Moreover the food is also delicious with the budgeted cost. I enjoyed my time with the friendly staff of the hotel.
My experience with the venue is way worst. Service was pathetic, staff were not corporative. They were not even providing room service to my guest. I actually love the taste of food in mehman nawaji but in my function they made the main course food taste less and only the starter was good.
my experience in the Jamun tree was excellent... Rooms were Awesome... service was good...I met the owner and he was very polite. For some reason my travel time changed so I asked for late check-out and for my surprise they happily agreed. that also without extra charges. it's the best place in mujaffarpur for staying and event's.
Good property. Best destination for events at Muzaffarpur. Very good staff, hospitality and food. The best food is from the Chaat Counter which they get from Lucknow. A taste which one can remember for decades.
Easily accessible hotel and garden on a service road. Interior of hotel is good and prices are reasonable. Things that could be improve is common washroom cleaning and equipments on ground floor. We came for a wedding which happened in ground, experience was good.
