Charged Rs 7.5 k for room without breakfast which was absolutely not worth..Even soap and shampoo provided were Re 1 sachets for the price they were charging..Buffet was so limited that even sweet dish was not available..the place is still in a remote place hence we had no option....pls avoid unless u have no choice
I had a wonderful stay at The Jaigarh Palace in Jaisalmer. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering a cozy atmosphere to unwind. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. One standout feature for me was the availability of EV slow charging, which was a thoughtful addition for environmentally conscious travelers. I stay with my family for 02 nights they were provided us maharaja suite room. Room was very spacious neet and clean.

Don't judge the property by its facade...they don't even have proper Restaurant. Breakfast is having limited options. Room maintenance is not upto the mark. Location in outskirts, where you don't have any places to visit nearby and no shops.
It is a nice property and the people are very cooperative and friendly. They upgraded our room so we can have a nice stay. Highly recommended for stay here in Jaisalmer.
It was a wonderful experience. Food Quality is Super. Rooms are so spacious and well maintained. All the staff is also very cooperative specially narpat singh who guided us through out our journey and helped us to explore the city
I checked in here for one night. Ordered for lunch for 3 people. Ordered for roti sabji which I dint not get it even after waiting for 1 hr 15 mins . Inspite of asking again n again. We told them if u can't fulfill the order y did you take the order. Hopefully the breakfast and the stay goes well. As they wasted our time waiting instead of us going n visiting the city . Very very poor service n they don't have shame of it above all . That was something really shocking
I stay with my family stay was nice. Food was awesome staffs are very cooperative. There is the roof top restaurant we enjoyed lots there. Highly recommend to the people who want to visit jaisalmer.
