Good place to stay for overnight. Spacious rooms but washrooms are not clean
This hotel is really Awesome. The behaviour, politeness and helpful nature of staff is really awesome. I had to write a research paper and light was a little dim in my room. I told this to front desk manager and he managed some additional lighting in my room. That was really really awesome. I really appreciate it. The rooms here are spacious, nice neat and clean. Washroom, towels and sheets were super clean. AC was working absolutely perfect. The best thing is that it's 100 meter inside from main road so traffic noise don't bother at all. Rooms were also not noisy at all. This hotel is just perfect. I have booked it for 6 more days and Whenever I will visit Lucknow I will stay here always. Thank you so much Urban stays and Goibibo. beautiful place to stay. it's like somebody's really large home which is now being used as a stay. very spacious rooms for the price. i even got access to garden from inside the room. staff was also very friendly. food is not that tasty but you can always order from outside. really impressed with this stay.
stay is ok. please don't book room with breakfast as in breakfast they have only puri sabji (in veg) only. found some Cockroach in room. Food is ok but prices are high. it's ok night stay only.
horrible experience, Manager /reception was extremely rude, misbehaved with customer, Hotel full of mosquito. Price changed at the time of checkout, he add unnecessary amount in bill and at last Manager involve you with verbal fight.
First of all this house cum hotel is available for booking on OYO and GoIBIBo and to find this place is bit difficult as it doesn't not have any OYO sticker and the stays name is written on very small board which is not clearly visible. Staff - Good behaviour but very lazy Room - Good enough space. But not much cooling from AC, no hot water, no toiletry provided. Mobile signal - no signal in the room you have to come out if you want to make a call WiFi - Good signal and working well Food - Average Outside garden - This place is good to sit but again mosquitoes will bite your total blood out. Accessibility - It is near to many restaurants and supermarket and easy access for cabs
