The Ivy Anjuna - Hotel in Anjuna - North Goa, India

Clean decent place to stay and it's walking distance from the main street of Anjuna, the beach is around 500 mts walking. The hotel has its own basement parking, a small yet pretty little place.

Nice property overall. The balconies of all rooms are connected, so if you are paranoid about privacy, you will have to keep your drapes closed. The housekeeping of this hotel is not well equipped. Linen is not fully clean and apart from standard requests, don't expect them to go a step beyond. That being said, staff is quite helpful in whatever capacity. The pool area is really nice and private. There is a basement parking for your rental vehicles. The location is awesome, right opposite to Anjuna market and 1 km from Vagator cliff

Only 3 star because of your Front Desk manager, he don't know how to greet and talk to customers. I don't know he was the permanent one or just the incharge for one day. But that guy took 2 stars off from your hotel rating. Train your staff to greet and how to talk, that's what comes in hospitality.

Have decent rooms and the location is good. Can provide variety on their breakfast menu and food in general could be btr.

Nice spot for being in the heart of Anjuna. Close to the major attractions in the area. Lots of vendors on the street in front of it, perfect for a late night snack after a night of partying.

We stayed here for 3 days and the service was terrible The rooms were decent enough. The breakfast spread was very limited and the taste was okay-ish When asked for a plates and glasses we were asked to take it from our other rooms they did not even have the courtesy to give the plates in our room. When asked for extra fork they said that they already gave 5 forks for 5 person and we were asked to give them explanation for asking for another fork The room service is very slow, we had to wait for 30 minutes for just a glass of water They dont even provide taxi services or anything even though they are aware of the unavailability of uber in this area

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay! Hospitality and food are both great. Very flexible with early check-in and check-out timings. The rooms are tidy and have got all basic amenities. The balcony is shared but we dint have any problem. The staff are very friendly, the house keeping lady especially. They have a pool too, but we dint have much time check it out, but looked beautiful to hangout during evenings. They also suggested good places for food with great views of the beach which quiet helped us. I would recommend this place.

No big issues but lots of small issues which makes great hotel different from good. Use and through slippers not there, Shaving kit not there, Sofa was not clean, loose wiring in washroom etc. Which can be dealt very easily. I hope that's what they are taught in Hotel management course. Otherwise nice stay. Not criticizing just feedback to improve
