The Ivory Kitchen - Restaurant in Agra - Agra, India

I visited the Ivory Kitchen several times; it used to be one of my favorite place. But after today's visit, my perspective changed. When I asked the owner for the wifi password, he lied and said only their boss knows it, even though they're the boss themselves. And i knew it. There were three wifi networks available, which was disappointing. However, I must praise the staff for being cooperative, welcoming, and serving excellent food and drinks. But when the owner treats guests poorly, it's a downside. So, I would rate it two stars mainly for the food and employees only.

Atmosphere was good. Very comfortable for casual meet up or if you want some alone time. Food quality is above average(not the best though). Don't try the iced tea here(they don't know how to prepare it). We tried crunchy momos and burger (burger was like home-made, don't expect a Mc Donalds standard). Simple , silent and clean place for a casual sitting.

The name sounds very exotic & the clientele is quite loyal and gentry is quite high. The place is moderately crowded, maybe we went on a weekday. The decoration etc is quite modern and the eatery is on the first floor through a flight of steps which has a door. Over all the ambience is very good. Food is OK. It's a pure vegetarian restaurant and has limited choices, that too some of the items on Menu are not available especially the drinks, which are all non alcoholic . What irks the most is the service. Spoons, napkins, are not laid. One has to ask for it. The person serving you amd even the cash counter attendent are not bothered. The mout freshner was inadequate both in quantity and quality. Despite a good location, exotic nsme, good devor, decent food, the place lacks the welcoming gesture and you are left to asking for more. The moijto they served was bitter, So many lapses in pne single visit didn't look like a good idea. All people visiting wanted to have their picture ckicked. Maybe that is a tadition here..

Amazing Experience, Good and polite service Food was delicious Songs availablity Though i found it kinda expensive than most of the highend cafe in town. Would recommend to go with groups cause for 2-3 people it a big No for cost effectiveness. Loved the location and vibe. Instagramable place
