Worst management and dirty rooms. Never ever recommended. Service is utterly pathetic. Highly priced arround 3k for night and not even worth it for 300 rs, better go for a room in north railway station will recommend than this.

Beautiful, Serene and well maintained property. The villa is very spacious and furnished nicely. The entire premise is lush green and the cottages go well with the nature. Enjoyed the stay with family and friends. The food requires a lot more improvement which was but a major turn off. The staff are well mannered and the Owner himself attended to the comfort of the guest. Its for sure worth a try for a weekend escape, away from the city life.

Very much dissatisfied. Pathetic service. Charged Rs.3500 per night for a room even without a television and unhygienic bathroom. They denied complementary breakfast even if it was included at the time of booking. They don't even provide adequate drinking water. Stay away. The rooms are not as good as shown in the pictures. Dusty, stinking and full of insects.

Its situated at an isolated place inside aluva. Nearby there is a mosque. The ambience is supercool as they are having heritage model stays here. Restaurant and all available. Good place for a stay with family.

This is a beautiful property but very poorly maintained. The rooms are shabby, flooring is broken, many fittings are broken and many of the things promised on their website are not provided. There is a very good caretaker called Lijo who tries his best but cannot do much because the owner has not given him the authority. The owner is not in the city and does not bother to check with guests or interact with them. We had booked three rooms and one of the rooms was in a terrible condition... Broken floors, bathroom fittings, cupboard etc. The guy charged us R 4500 extra to change the room. There is a mosque next door, so you do get to listen to the call for prayers several times a day. The cook was good, but only available after 8 am. So if you need coffee or tea or early breakfast... Forget it! Getting a flask of hot water to drink was a problem. They promise a doctor on calll facility. I can tell you for a fact that this is not there, since we had a medical emergency and had to drive to the nearest town about six km away. I would not recommend this place for families and it is a pity, because it is a lovely property with huge possibilities.

Location and ambience is good.. very polite staff.. extra polite sometimes.. They charged highly expensive price for the food they arranged or bought outside the property. Also we didn't get what we ordered. Food was not bad though. Door was jammed so that we couldn't lock them. And when we asked they showed another room and said if we need we can use it. And they locked the other room before going to sleep. Ac compressor was not working . And when we mentioned the owner replied as if it was our fault.

This is our second time here and their Service is still Ambience And the rooms are good and well maintained. But the food was average.. When we informed the owner, he was kind and said it will be taken care of next time.

The worst experience we had hiring this place. Had offered to give us food but later denied saying the cook was unwell. We had to go all the way to Aluva and get our food. Very bad service. No coffee or breakfast in the morning. Had to make our own tea. The hall AC was not working. The AC in the rooms were not great either. No drinking water was provided in the room. Strongly Not a recommend place to stay.
