Well-equipped and conveniently located, the gym is well-maintained and very functional. The trainer, Mr. Shoaib, is knowledgeable, understanding and very professional. It's a good gym if you have some genuine fitness goals. And is very hands on with everybody. He mostly remembers every client's workout routine, guiding them through the workout. With the diet plan and workout routine Shoaib's taking me through, in less than three months, I'm seeing visible change in my body without starving myself, without getting tired or fatigued, without losing on work because of lethargy. Better than any fancy big city gym changing more than my grandmother's yearly pension.
