I've lost 13-14 kgs in around 3 months and you can do it too!! I'm fortunate to start my weight loss journey from The Iron Gym. Having friendly mentors, a large variety of gym equipments and suggestive diet charts are added benefits!! Highly recommended for those wanting to lose/gain weight/muscles and stay fit in a healthy environment to accelerate your fitness and physical health!

Have been training for for the past 2 months now and have never experienced such friendly and energetic atmosphere befor. The irom gym gives full value for money and both the trainers are equally polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend it for both beginners and professionals as it is a truly versatile gym.

Incredible facility, good staff and overall great vibe. It's amazing how much you can get done in this nifty little gym. The staff is extremely cordial and the owners are very accommodating. The gym is capable of catering to people with varying lifting experiences, so beginner, intermediate or advanced lifters can get a great workout in. Having been there for only a month and a half, I was impressed by how much the gym had to offer. 10/10 would go there again if I'm ever in Ranchi. On a side note, the playlist is pretty bomb too, which adds to the ambience.

An aesthetic gym. Not big but it compensates in other ways. Has basic equipments which cover most of the body parts. The trainers are well versed with each exercise and knowledgeable. The owners are pleasant and understanding. Missing a few equipments such as calve raise, deadlift platform. Also, was a bit scared of dropping weights as it could damage the floor as the floor matting isn't thick. Beginner friendly and welcoming. One's provided with a free routine as per the individual in a weeks time which is one of the good aspects. They had boxing gloves which was a neat accessory, preventing me from injuring my wrists. It's slightly expensive for students as its 2k per month. Nonetheless, the provisions and assistance with everything at the gym is still worth it. Regardless of your age, you will never feel out of place. Overall experience was great as i learned a handful of things. Would recommend to beginner and early intermediates.
