The Irish House, in the Chennai T1 domestic airport, is on the upper level near the lounges. Best to ask what's available rather than select food and beverages from the menu. Gloomy lighting, rather noisy with TV and chatter.
What makes this place good is that there is seating. The lounges at the Chennai airport are FULL all the time. So here, at Irish, there is a little bit of solace.
The service is exemplary. They seem to have worked on it, staffing is way better. Aravindh Kumar was great. 5 stars and a kudos. Ask for recommendations. They know whats cooking
