Great rooms with good hospitality and amazing view. Located well around the main market and well maintained property. Staff are friendly and helpful. We got a good offer price on MakeMyTrip. The food isn't very impressive and priced high but that is fine. Parking is limited and on a slope. Overall recommended.

Worst experience ever. Paid for a 4 star property but experience was low as low as of a 2star property. Water was not coming in taps, i went to washroom and there was no water pressure. Again and again having issues. Food was so aweful tasted hell. Breakfast was too salty and eggs were smelly. We returned everything, then we got prantha later on that was okayish. But overall experience was very bad. Never going to come here again EVRRRRR.... Please dont waste hard earned money here
My worst experience in mussoorie in last 8 years. Stinking dirty rooms with bed bugs, within 15 minutes we had to call reception 3 times and finally we requested to change our room but apparently they were sold out. Bathroom were gross without any exhaust. We got in the room at 11PM to find no water in bathroom and reception guy said it will take 10-15 minutes. Linens were dirty and stinking we hardly slept. Next morning we called for a cup of tea at 7AM and we were asked to wait for a hour as kitchen opens after 7.30. We had to leave early but it was impossible to bath as the rusty shower had almost no water and there was no tap. Glad we booked for just a night.
It was really a great hotel...Services a 4 Star Property. 1)They are having their own parking. 2)Staff is really cooperative.They have upgraded my room to tge upper category by just having a word once. 3)Just 1 km from the famous old Mall Road,which is having a crowd like hell for Crowd Lovers. 4)For Nature Lovers,It is a heaven.You can see from pics also...One can have a valley view from his room only as well as Open air dining and having tea looking at a valley is awesome. 5)FOOD-Food is really awesome and reasonable also... 6)Rooms are really clean.All facilities like Electric Cattle,Hair Dryer,Iron (Press) available in the room..... .These all for just like Rs3000 in a Peak Season is awesome... Having 80 rooms in a Hotel... ... I have been there for 4 nights..from 23rd June till 27th June..

Cafe Hinge is the finest cafe in mussoorie. Food taste is top notch their Nutella hot chocolate and Banana chocolate waffle pasta chilli cheese toast are must try.. definitely must visit this cafe when in mussoorie.
