Worst experience ever , Worst hospitality, worst management. Could not sleep whole night because of noise and loud music played whole night in the lobby. On calling reception repeatedly at 3am in the morning , problem couldn't solved. In the next day morning heard that this nonsense were created by non other than the owner of hotel. If an owner of hotel is not bothering their guests in the hotel , then you can think the level of management here.

We didn't have a stay at the Imperial Prime, however we had dinner at their restaurant. And I must say, the food was amazing. They had a good menu with a lot of varieties. The food was delicious, and the serving quantity was decent. The ambience was amazing, specifically their pool side seating. Would definitely recommend.

It's 4 am in the morning, there is so much noise that we couldn't sleep whole night. Inspite of several attempts of complain at reception, yet no outcome as some are having party night in the hotel

Probably The Best Hotel at Bhilwara for Official Tour or Trip with Family. Spacious Rooms with all Amenities. Decent Service. The Best part is it's Swimming Pool. I Always Book the Poolview Rooms for a great view. The Only Downside is that Their Breakfast is Not up to the Mark and They've Very Few Options. Their Restaurant Staff is also Not Attentive!

Food is very good service excellent staff very nice all good specially mr Ravindra ji nice person

The hotel and rooms are awesome, but workmanship in bathrooms is worst, though they have spent on good items, but very poor finishing. Rest the place is best. Suite room balcony is very delicate.

Worst service , took more than 30 minutes to serve a cup of tea and on top of that the butter toast was there after three reminders but no one was there to serve it so dissatisfied.

Wonderful stay.... must visit if you are looking for good n amazing food and service very very helpful staff best of the hotel in bhilwara
