Poorly maintained hotel in Udaipur South Tripura Town. Rooms are dirty. Toilets never cleaned. Flush and geysers doesn't work never repaired. Basin taps dripping. Service pathetic.no one is bothered to receive your calls. But full charges taken from guests. Never Stay here. Better try other hotels... Not even a single

Just one line... If you really need to stay at udaipur.. PLEASE STAY AT SOME OTHER FAR BETTER HOTEL... WORST AT EVERYTHING... NO WATER SINCE AFTERNOON (REASON:- some malfunction with the pipe) NO EXTRA PILLOW ON 3rd REQUEST ( REASON:- all the workers are busy) NO WORKING GEYSER( REASON:- water will take time to heat up ; 25 minutes over . still waiting) NO ALTERNATIVE ROOM ARRANGED ( REASON:- online booking is done for other rooms) We still can't figure out how the hotel got 3.7 ratings as of now.. WHOSOEVER IS THE OWNER PLEASE DON'T MAKE CUSTOMERS SO UNSATISFIED THAT WE DON'T EVEN FEEL TO RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS...

A good place in Udaipur with an appealing interior. The food quality was good but not the best. The pricing of all the items was on the moderate side

During our Tripura trip, We came to Udaipur, as per plan we were supposed to stay here for one night only but after talking to Mr. Subrat(Manager-Reception) and later with Owner of the hotel, we decided to stay here for next two more days. The Imperial hotel is at the best location in Udaipur, it's on main road, Car parking is not an issue. Rooms are spacious and have all decent facilities. Room no. 106 offered to us had a huge bathroom with a geyser. Mr. Subrat suggested many places to visit far and around and helped us to get the latest road conditions. They have a full flagged hotel on the ground floor with a wide variety of food options.
