The Hotel Park - Hotel in Kharagpur - Medinipur West, India

Worst experience ever. The rooms were so uncleaned and unhygienic as well . Bed covers and pillows were completely dirty. Ceiling fan regulators were not working. They were charging huge amount of rent yet they don't take any care of the rooms. Servants were so rude that they behaved very badly. I was unable to lock the room so I seeked their help and one of such servants misbehaved with me. They all were behaving as if they were providing the room for free of cost . So altogether it is my suggestion to avoid taking room in hotel park.

Very poor hotel. There was dirty blankets and towels, probably not cleaned for ages. Hotel management allots AC rooms in winter and cheats you. Beware of the non-Bengalee, Hindi-speaking idiots (coming from Hindi belts) that pursue their studies in IIT Kharagpur. They often come down to this hotel, every now and then, gather there, utter filthy words for each others' parents, smoke cannabis, narcotic drugs and wine, shout, scream towards each other, throw wine bottles here and there, they make the ambience of the hotel and restaurant chaotic and horrific. The hotel management neither stops them nor do they take any actions against them. They do all the stuff and leave. This happens everyday! Local police, law and order does not take any action on them! What a mess!.

Very poor hotel. Rooms were extremely small. There were dirty blankets and towels, probably not cleaned for ages. The staff managing the hotel were extremely rude . They refused to turn on the generator when power was cut down. The interior of the building was really shady and didn't look like a hotel at all

Hotels don't have a GST number also and the reception staff is not giving an answer about GST.

Room condition is poor irrespective of the price Tooo much high priced food

The experience was horrible, the beds were not clean. They have generator but manually operated so every time there is a power cut you have to stay in dark for 20-30 min. Rooms were not cleaned, services were not good. Won't recommend at all.

Housekeeping is not good, service providing is very week. Discharged bill given without registration or without GST as per cameatment as per manager. I hate it.

Very poor experience.quality of food was worst, very slow service ,most of the food n beverages were not available/ denied.
