Perfect for a family stay. The room is well maintained and clean. We stayed there for 2 days. Every night they used to check for the dinner which we liked. We got our room near the smoking area so it smelled a bit.The receptionist was very polite and helpful. There was a frosted mirror which connects the room and the bathroom was a bit disturbing. Overall the service is good.
The service is amazing. The rooms were extremely clean well arranged. The restaurant had delicious food and welcoming staff. The hotel staff was cooperative and extremely kind. The only con was there is a frosted glass window in the shower that connects to the bedroom. Other than that a very good hotel. Highly recommend!!
It was a great stay at The Hotel Canoe. One of the best Hotel in Kannur. The staffs here were quite friendly and always greets guests with smile throughout the day A special mention to the caring approach of front office manager Ms. Greeshma .I should say she made us feel at home away from home. She ensured we were totally @ comfort throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would surely cum back n recommend to others.

Hotel situated in heart of the city. Railway station is within walkable distance. I had requested for cake and simple decoration in room for wife's birthday celebration ..hotel team arranged everything at very reasonable price... It was very memorable experience... Great hotel in heart of the city, just adjacent to City Centre... rooms are big enough, cleanliness is good, staff is courteous, parking is ample, has restaurant on 1st floor... amazing food, we had Kerala Veg Thali... it has become my favourite cuisine now. I would highly recommend this hotel... wifi is also there. Only 2 facts: 1. Swimming pool is not in this building, but the adjacent one 2. Because of being in the city, don't expect amazing views from your window.

I headed to the hotel feeling satisfied, having experienced genuine hospitality and enjoyed some of the finest cuisine in the area. We visited this place with family. A very suitable place if you want to stay with family. Rooms were very clean and maintained well. Staff was responsive. Buffet breakfast had decent spread. Hotel is close to fort, beach and museum. A number of eateries and shopping places are also nearby. The swimming pool and gym are however not exactly inside hotel, it is few mtrs away in the next building. Good changing rooms are available though. For extra beds, no foldable cot is provided. Only bed is provided. Overall good stay.
