I've been training with NAG trainer at THE HOPE FITNESS for the past 2 months, and I can confidently say it's been a transformative experience. @Nag sir is highly knowledgeable, tailoring workouts to individual needs and ensuring proper form. Their motivational approach keeps me consistently engaged and motivated. And more over Equipment was totally good. End,I recommend u guy's have a look .
This is a gym which is flexible to all people ... Gym sir Mr.Nag sir was so supportive and interactive , he is an expert in gym techniques . He suggests everything wat a person needs ,clarifies all dbts ,motivates his students, studies every personality so that he can advice them accordingly... Superb and well experienced gym master... I confidently suggest people to join this gym if they to be fit n strong in their rest of life......
Best gym in locality. Great place to workout with peaceful in your free time. Gym has good equipments. I have joined this Gym a month ago,Mr Nageshwar is an excellent fitness trainer who pays personal attention to each and every member.he has lot of knowledge on different variations.. His effort for making me fit is awesome. In addition to fitness he also knows and shares nutrition diet plan for having good health.
The gym is amazing...... trainer is very nice and train every individual no matter what fitness level they are . Trainer is motivating , encouraging , friendly community and very polite , I have been going for few days and seeing great change in my energy and body, amazing workouts.
I have joined The Hope Fitness gym last month where trainer name called @NAG was absolutely amazing had great knowledge and made me motivated everyday .the way he teach,he train was good . At the end , equipment was newly arrived. I insist u guys to join The hope fitness.
The best Gym with an excellent trainer. He has lots of experience . Apart from this he is also a certified yoga trainer which makes this place an value for money. You are also provided with monthly, quarterly and half yearly packages.
