One of the best resort for families. Had a pleasant stay. Allowed us to check in early. Very friendly staff. Nice food available on a single call to room. Games room Is available but not maintained well.

Great Experience. I got an upgrade with garden view rooms with additional cost. But the upgrade was worth every penny. The valley view from the room was mesmerizing. The service was excellent. Food was good but can be improved. Overall great budget friendly hotel. Strongly Recommended.

This place is very far from Manali. Believe me it's not way near Manali centre. Will be atleast 20-25mns drive thru a narrow winding road. In case you plan to drive down ensure that you are every good in driving and giving way on narrow mountain roads. Positives - great views, very clear room and washroom Negatives- this is only a hotel building. so no place to move about for guests, very cold and disinterested staff , some basic stuff like only one bottle water per room (we were charged for an extra bottle - it's not the amount but basic courtesy) At max a clean 3 star property.

The property was very good. Food was great. Overall experience was good. Only two things to be improved the way of speaking of room service staff and the lights of corridor are switched off at night which creates problem in walking Family time is the best time of life.

The hotel is 2 star, the staff is good, but lady manager is rude with no customer service skills and no etiquette to talk nicely. The hotel does not provide any basic necessities and no treatment for sick person not even blood pressure machine or or iron for clothes. Food is stale and horrible and water is disgusting. All the rooms sting bad.

Excellent property. We booked Super Deluxe with Mountain View and the view from the room was amazing. I have shared photos of the view from the room. All the staffs were so good and special mention will be Monika who was the receptionist and she guided everything so well. Food was excellent and if you are availing Rooms with Breakfast you will have plenty of options for Breakfast since Breakfast is served in Buffet. We will book this hotel only when we will travel again.

My name is nitin. We stayed in this hotel from June 19th to June 23rd 2023. My wife saw a youtube video to check for good hotels in manali and shortlisted few. She selected this hotel because the reviews were good and the pictures were also good. Initially we did not have much expectations because hotels in manali are not usually as good as hotels in metro cities but we were awestruck when we checked into the hotel. The hotel was very very cute and the interiors, furniture and the ambience was excellent. We were really surprised with the politeness and helping nature of the staff. They always had a smiling face and served us with great passion. The rooms were absolutely clean and the bathrooms looked like they were brand new. I dint have any words to describe the view from the balcony of their rooms. When you get up in the morning and stand in the balcony you can see the complete manali valley at the bottom and beautiful snow capped mountains on the top. Nothing can beat this view. We had a change in the itinerary of our trip so we had to extend our stay for half a day. When we requested the staff, they immediately arranged a junior room for us for those extra few hours and charged us very reasonably. When one of the staff members got to know that we were travelling to rohtang pass early in the morning, he got a fresh sandwich, banana and frooti packed for me and my wife and kept it ready in the reception by 5AM (though the kitchen was closed). We usually don't see these kind of staff members even in big metro cities. Maybe what the hotel can slightly improve is the wifi speed and they can probably give thinner pillows as the current pillows are a bit thick. The hotel can also probably post better photos in their website because practically the hotel and its rooms are much much better than what we see in the photos. These are just my suggestions and not complaints. On the whole, we absolutely loved the hotel.
