Initial experience was negative but on complaint the room was changed & the staff is quite cooperative. A lot of maintenance & Improvement being done on daily basis. Hope to stay here again & enjoy a better hotel & give a five star rating.
Best hotel in mehsana !! Good food & staff, and nice rooms .
One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff are inattentive. I was given the wrong room. The new room had a clogged drain, water jet wasn't working, there were oil stains on the bedsheets, the balcony was infested with pigeon nest and droppings. It was a horrible experience.
Room rates are like a 4star hotel but the upkeep of room is like a highway hotel. Food taste is horrible. Hotel in Gujarat can not make good poha is not acceptable. Cleanliness quality is not up to the mark. Avoid.
Over priced & not maintained properly , not providing good toiletries,not trained staff too
