This is a simple place without frills. I stayed for just a night, more or less wash and change. It is a simple room with simple stuff. The best is the clean, tidy and neat room. Bathroom is just like any other best hotel. Thats all most of us require. Please carry toiletries - brush, paste, a towel. Soap can be asked for. Bed linen - fine. However, see if you could carry a covering bedsheet. They gave me one which is fine. Personal preference. Location - i do not know exactly where it is located in respect to centre of the city.
We absolutely loved our 4 day stay here. Mukesh was the most kind and attentive host. He did everything to make sure our stay was perfect. The place is so peaceful. The rooms are extremely clean and are very comfortable. The food is absolutely delicious, we ate in every night and looked forward to each meal. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Hidden Gem in Khajuraho. Outside of the main roads but among the best room quality I have found in my India travelling on short budget. Clean and comfortable rooms, in a quiet silent area are an invitation to a proper rest. The owner is also super friendly and supportive. Highly recommend!
Please do not pay advance in the property owner. In case you have any issues you can cancel the booking owner and can't pay advance back in case you can request many times he back only 40% amount. You can book online.
The non AC room is absolutely fabulous- clean and well maintained. Bathroom is neat and clean. But there are two big cons. Room is basically an oven, extremely hot and no cooler only fan. Which is not sufficient to cool down the room. And secondly water is hot too. It could be a good resting place during winters,but do avoid it during summer. If you are not going with AC option, there is a big chance you will fall ill.
