It is a very enjoyable place to spend your time with friends/family. There is a lot of outdoor space with the comfort of spacious and clean rooms on the inside. The owners are nice and there is a loyal caretaker at your disposal. They also help you with special decorations for your special occasions if requested. Overall a solid 10/10.

We had a birthday celebration there and it was just perfect! There is ample amount of space outside to play sports for a while before you start your birthday, and there is ample amount of chairs and bean bags to chill around the bonfire for 10-12 people. They arrange those big speakers and Projector also at a very nominal rate if you want. The place was really clean and the location is perfect! Inside there are 2 rooms and a kitchen, along with a water filter. Just perfect and enough! Highly recommend for get togethers, birthday parties and what not!

This farmhouse is just the perfect place for a party! I remember going here with my friends back in November and it was a beautiful weekend. We could blast off speakers, sing our hearts out and no one would bat an eye. Since it's only a Kilometre away from the main road, it was convenient for us to get supplies and food from nearby stores. The manager is also a very kind young man named Vishal. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Great location although the place is not very clean but one can do whatever in this place and there'll be no one to stop you. The villa is not very big, rooms are average size, toilets are good, kitchen stinks a little but manageable, basic utensils Are provided better to carry own. The electricity was gone for 2 hours, had to call the manager to get it back, A dominos outlet not very far away from The place so convenient [3kms]. Garden is huge and could easily accommodate 10-15 people. Bonfire was the best part. Theres a ladder at the back of the villa where u could climb onto the roof. Overall a nice experience and affordable. just that hygiene could be better.

It's a decent stay at a 2bhk house. It's a good weekend party space. Can have a bonfire, play cricket within the compound, cook food and spend some time.

Easily one of the best properties I have stayed in. Love the ambience and amenities. Perfect location for a getaway with your family and friends. Kind staff, they will help you with your arrangements if needed. Make sure to visit this place!

Not at all a hygiene place to visit. The worst maintenance. Location is recomondable. Maintenance kills all the recommendations. BASIC HYGIENE IS REALLY REQUIRED! Place looks beautiful in the picture and video due to decorations but the property was dirty, smelly and very stringy! Bean bag had allover bugs and dirty. Also bedsheets weren't clean. Felt like it was used more than 1000 times.all the cheap quality products inside the house. They said you can even cook basic however plates and utensils were too dirty which you could not even imagine to eat or cook. Talking about games- carrom board looks like kids hand size and there is no board games available but which was all broken Overall worst experience, waste of money Recommend property owner to maintain the property well In this pandemic it is risky to take a chance to stay there as minimum hygiene is also not maintained. Probably it is pocket friendly or out of city hence people might felt good due to privacy, but if you are looking forward for a minimum hyginic place please don't take a chance.

Just within an hour's drive from Bangalore City. A peaceful place for a perfect weekend getaway. Apt for a group of 4-6 people. Lovely Atmosphere. Amazing caretaker
