The Heritage Resort - Resort hotel in Kausani, Kausani State - Bageshwar, India

Stayed at the Resort from 4th-6th September. Excellent view from the room. Polite n sweet tempered staff. The only thing pitfall was being this an off season there was not much choice in food selection especially if you are lactose intolerant and cannot eat paneer. Wish they can stock better. But the manager went out of his way to help us out

I, along with my family and friends, stayed at Heritage Resort In May 2023. Such a great location, a beautiful resort, and clean and spacious rooms If you are a nature lover, You are going to love this hotel stay. You can see the mountain range from your room window. The location, the view of the Himalayas, the superb hospitality, and the excellent cuisine will ensure that your trip is absolutely perfect! Strongly recommended. One of the best hotels in Kausani And that mesmerising mountain view from the hotel room.. Loved it

Very hospitable staff. Took care of our every need. The view is simply awesome! Rooms need some improvement though..could be better.

This is very worst hotel, no cleaning and hygiene maintains in hotel rooms. I booked one luxury room in this hotel. And found the bedsheets and others clothes are used too and dirty. I found some cockroach's and others species in the room in every corner of room wall and bed areas which is horrible. Hotel manager is very stupid person.if fact he did misbehaved with me. For drivers stay rooms and beds are in very horrible conditions. Parking are out side opposite of hotel entry room at road side area.

Stayed at this property amist nature for two days in july '23 . Overall experience will be longly embedded in the memory, the location takes the lead along with the service , food is good with Suraj explaining the kumaoni culture n ingredients. If you wish to go deep down in silent nature with breathtaking view you should come here as if you are in a village side of Europe. Lastly soft spoken Nandan ji is ready to help always .All the boys are local n smiling , if in Kasauni a must must stay.

The hotel is on the main road, so it is not difficult to search. Staff is friendly and cooperative and upgrade our room. There is nothing in kausani but if you are looking for laid back vacation it is one of the best place. Will strongly recommend to visit this property atleast for a day.

Just been to kausani, Heritage is definitely the best resort you can find there. Mind blowing food with amazing facilities at pretty reasonable prices. The resort also helped us explore the place, so it was pretty convinient for us. Highly recommended!

Nice resort, comfortable rooms, good service, best place in whole of kasauni to dine in, some great views but was disappointed because of wild fires blocking the view during our 3 days stay, staff very co operative and friendly, must not miss this place, best property with good deals, parking also available, thanks
