The Heritage Hotel - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

I would love to recommend this hotel as it is priceless staff is really friendly whole night I was talking with staff and I had a lot of questions in my mind because it was my first visit they were really happy answer my all questions in polite response

Staff is good but rooms are below average. Prices are high. One can get a better hotel at the same price.

Very very bad service. Highly disappointed from the hotel management. Not at all an organized system. Choosing this hotel was a backward point for our trip. I will sincerely not recommend this hotel.

The worst hotel may be available on this universe ( I mean it). We had booked our reservation from MMT and checked in to hotel with my family at 0930 PM all the way driving 700kms, only to be denied by fellow Manager citing we do not accept online bookings. ( Why the hell is it available on portals). They don't have kitchen, the common washrooms were absolutely filthy ( even the govt. Public could be in better condition). The reception area was mess. There were local buses standing in the parking and boozing right on stairs of reception. I m sure even the Oyo rooms could be better. Finally we engaged over a call with MMT and manager at reception to conclude they cannot accommodate us. In a way I felt ok to hunt for a place elsewhere than spoiling my vacation in this 'Heritage'. I wish I could have zero stars or could have a negative rating, missing it badly.

Great place to stay at an affordable price. Rooms were comfortable and cozy. Food was average.

The view from the hotel and location is really good. With the renovated property, the amenities are fine and services are really good. The food out here is really nice and would recommend to visit . They also have a swimming pool for a fun and relaxing experience. Thanks to Sahil for his service and hospitality.

The place is awesome staff of very professional (Mr Vijay) has a wonderful hospitality..rooms are neat and clean will come back for sure...
