The Heritage Conventions - Hotel in Sagar, Amet - Sagar, India

Experience is very bad reception staff is very strict for timely checkout. He is not co-operate. So this is not right place to stay corporate persons. Service is poor and reception employees behaviour not good. So I suggested never stay here. This is my second time but next time I wouldn't stay in here.

My stay was very comfortable. The staff members at the property are professionals and courteous. The room was excelent. I really like the surrounding of the property. There was a dog I don't remember the name. But he is one of my favorite breed. Very friendly dog. I will sure visit the place in coming future.

The best place to stay if you're planning a trip to Sagar. Food and beverages are phenomenal and the staff is cordial and very helpful. Rooms are luxurious, spacious, and well-maintained for a reasonable price point at which they are offered. A must-try for staycation, lunch parties, or conferences.

The staff are very courteous and their service is prompt. The rooms are very comfortable and we even had prime video on the tv in our room. The bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious and well laid out! Will definitely stop at this hotel when traveling to this place again

I stayed at Hotel Heritage for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city .where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, breakfast really delicious, and the room nice. I appreciated the luggage room option as well. Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness and service were there as expected

Really a nice hotel to visit if you are looking for delicious food and the Hospitality of the staff is commendable and maintains a different class if you you compare to any other hotel in the city.I would definitely recommend this place as it has everything what is required to make your evening Special.#THC

The rooms were clean and of 5 star standard, the service and area in which the hotel was built was beautiful. The only con was it was 15 mins ride from main city.. but with car shouldn't be a hindrance. A good stay for family

Quality of hotel is really good and rooms are better than any other hotel of sagar and management is also nice. Staff is eager to listen to feedback and takes prompt action to resolve any issue you may face. Rooms, food & ambience is very good for Sagar. Rooms are also decently priced. Should look to book this often .
