This place is not so fancy as compared to modern gyms. But I can assure you that you will get good guidance over here. If your goal is to build a natural body, or your goal is weight loss, then this gym is ideal for you. People who show off, they can go for a modern one!
It don't have any fancy equipment but the vibe is just like the golden era gym, the instructor is a bit strict but he also have a golden heart.
This is a best place I think, may be there is no ac, there is not more highly expensive instruments, so monthly fees also very less there. But if anyone really wants to maintain their physics mainly went there for weight loss. I think he or she will get good result as mentor in our gym is very efficient and very energetic. He always try every person in gym will get best result for which reason they came. Mainly I joined there from 2014 last and till now I am a member of this institute. My personal experience is very great and I also got very good result from there.
It's an amazing experience to join this gym. Everyone is so cooperative and specially our instructors Sukhendu sir is an amazing person.
Joining this gym is one of the best decisions I have made in my life. It is the best gym for girls in Serampore. It is really cheap but equipped and with a great trainer. Exercising was never that fun before! Apart from machines, we practice aerobics, yoga, zumba, pranayam etc. here. Even in this lockdown situation, Sir is providing us with online classes.
One of the oldest gyms in serampore. It's near railway station. Sir is very much disciplined are organised. Weightloss Or any health issues sir sets the daily routine according to that. Thumbs up and highly recommend.

It was established in the year 1910. Still now they serve wonderful fish items like fish fry, fish chop. Egg devil, mutton chop are also available. You will get few chinese options too.
Wonderful experience. All groceries / cosmetics can be found under one roof. They also give offer above 2000/- All the staffs are well behaved with neat and clean personality. Extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and quality of the products.
