I had been there in Gold's Gym early this COVID-19 lock down, but finally I got the place where I can resume my workout: #The Health hub Gym # Kalindipuram #hardcore #flexibility #functional#cardio # This is among one of the good gyms in the city. Its centrally located on Radha kunj Kalindipuram near by IIIT Road, Allahabad. There is a parking area available for gym members,and this Gym is more spacious.Its a floor being Weights,Cardio, where you can do floor training. From warm ups to mobility and stretching, to make sure that if you are coming after a strength training session, you are recovered and ready to work & drill your core, trainers and well qualified and very friendly with positive attitude Ending the sessions with a combination of yoga and give stretching to relaxation calming regimes help take the rest of the day on with ease. Also there are lockers to keep valuable items during gyming session and good water cooler to have cold/normal water for drinks which you want. The gym is good but few equipment's are not there I would say :tyres,Ropes, Squats rack, belt and hammer etc.. As of now you won't find : Group fitness classes for kick boxing, bollywood dance,zumba,yoga & spinning are not conducted till now The machines are well maintained Steam/sauna facility is not yet available as of now , Looking forward to have some more "Equipment like tyre and other more in functional ropes , squats rack, belt and etc..." Using workout ropes improves strength and endurance by engaging your whole body including the muscles of the hands (grip), forearms, shoulders, back, legs (incorporating squats and lunges), abs, and core...

I have been training since 3 years I have been to many gyms in different cities. Delhi, Allahabad and Dehradun to name a few. Good things about this gym: This gym has premium quality equipments (Pro Bodyline). There is ample space in the gym. Dumbbells max out at 40kg starting at 2.5kg. Trainers are qualified and friendly. There is really positive environment for both boys and girls. Locker facility is available. FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED it's a big one, no matter where you stand you will not feel hot. Thermal screening of every member before entering into the gym. Washroom and cool RO water dispenser. Bad things if you have to nitpick: Few equipments are missing like squat rack and seated calves but I overheard the trainer that they will order those soon. And that's about it. Long story short it's a great gym with really good environment and friendly and the quality is on par with big names in the market.

Amazing and mind-blowing gym and a very cost efficient too..In this area it is very difficult to find out this type of gym..New and updated equipments are there moreover gym trainers are very supportive and active...Gives you better results than anywhere else..Thank you!!!Do try atleast once

facilities to price ratio is very low. In this budget you can get a membership of some premium gyms, but due to its proximity from my residence and lack of options I prefer to visit this gym. Everything else is pretty average here. Major concern is that it does not have a squats rack and there is only one machine for everything, so you have to wait in queues for your turn.

Absolutely ultimate fitness hub. By far the best gym of kalindipuram. Vikrant sir is National level weight lifting champion. Above all facilities his nature and behaviour that matters most to me.
