THF is now a brand in Lucknow with many branches spread across the city .However ,we have been going to THE HAZELNUT FACTORY @Nirala Nagar from the time they had about started and this branch remains a fav even now. Had the chilly paneer croissant sandwich and lemon ice tea.The iced tea was refreshing and the croissant sandwich was excellent!!

Overhyped. Overpriced. Not recommended at all. Customer experience is disastrous. Lucknow is known for its food and culture. There is no point making expensive interiors and exteriors. If you have the option of sleeping on an empty stomach or visiting this place I will recommend sleeping on an empty stomach. Awful experience. Look into the picture. The thumb rule of serving dining experiences is that you can't serve an empty bowl. When u don't have a service of serving soups 1 by 2. That's cool. It should be told upfront. Instead of serving an empty bowl and disrespecting someone. I ordered mushroom soup which looked green and is a weird color when it comes to mushroom soup. Mushroom soup is a comfort food but it was the complete opposite and has a tinch of thukpa in its taste. There is no parking. Vehicles are parked on the road creating traffic jams. The garlic bread was also a complete disaster this bread costing rupees 195/- is not worth this amount because of its taste. There are many other cafes in the same area serving quality food, having class with good service and great experiences and with a parking facility.

This bakery and cafe is probably the best in Lucknow right now (this is solely my view, it can differ from person to person) Service - I would rate them 4 out 5 for their service. They have professional and courteous staff. Taste - I would rate 4.5 out of 5 for taste. Their pasta is a must try. Coffee is awesome and so is their corn patty. Their Mac and cheese pasta is also a must try. Pricing - As per their service and ambience of the outlet they offer fair prices. The ambience of the outlet is superb, a great place to visit for an outing with your family or friends. Keep on visiting this place and keep falling in love with this place

The place is fine, drinks are also good, service is quite slow and needs to be faster. For 1 order of cappuccino and Cold coffee they took sweet 15 mins, which was high as per my needs. The music was slightly on the louder side as i was sitting just below the speaker so had to shout while talking, so they should take care of loudness of music as well. Tastewise drinks were fine and so was everything else.

I had a delightful experience at this cafe! The cappuccino was rich and perfectly brewed, and the donut was a heavenly treat. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it a great place to relax. I'll definitely be returning for more coffee and pastries!

I must say love at first sight and bite! We ordered toffenut shake, Iced latte, truffle pastry and peri peri fries, the pastry was mouth melting, the latte was classic! Talking about the shake I still can't get over it crunchy toffee nut balls, rich whipped cream, cookie crumbs and the fine taste it was definitely a treat! The ambience is great a perfect balance of nature and subtle themes...A cafe which is really close to my heart

Nice place. Have been to other branches of Hazelnut Factory and found those better than this one. The burger was really delicious though.

I ordered a cake. They charged around a 100 rupees to write Happy Birthday. Even after that they did a horrible job. Whats the point of charging such amount if you can't do it properly. I ordered blueberry cake which costs around 700 plus the writing " birthday" or "anniversary" on the cake for 100 bucks. Wouldn't recommend delivery form THF. Dining is fine.
