When we woke up in the morning, we found that the room had water all around. There was seepage of water from somewhere. Instead of solving our issues, the person at the reception kept trying to find the root cause of the seepage. The room was quite small and one of our friend was given a room in front of a wall of garbage. The room was tiny, smelly and untidy. The bedsheets had stains all over them. The staff was untrained to handle any kind issues and behaved in the most unprofessional way after the leakage. The only two nice things about the hotel were the bathroom and the location. Even after such a horrible experience, we were charged money for both the horrible rooms.
Very good hotel located below the Shimla old bus stand. Accessible by walk from the railway station as well. Rooms are small but clean and tidy. The property is well maintained and the service is very good. Only vegetarian food is available and food quality and taste is very good. The only drawback is the steep trail path that might be difficult for older people to walk up to the bus stand. Views are good and the bathrooms act as a kind of balcony and offers beautiful views of the hills. Recommended stay for young people who don't have issue with the steep walk. Cars cannot reach the hotel and have to be parked elsewhere.
The rooms are sometimes not what you see online. No room has any view whatsoever and no windows too. You might feel claustrophobic in the room. the location was very bad as it was downhill and kachi road . The owner is a cheater , he didn't send pics of his hotel and after giving advance online , he didn't repaid back. Never want to visit this place in whole of my life . Recommended to not to visit this place .
It was great pleasure comming here, the staff member were cordial, always available when needed and a cost effective room add cherry to the cake, also the food was great
Overall Best Hotel to stay here as the location is just near the Parking and old bus stand and is at very short distance to Mall Road. We have done breakfast at this Hotel, it was fantastic.
