We enjoyed our stay at Hans Hotel. Most of the staff are approachable and very professional when it comes to the guest. Foods are nice especially the breakfast with huge area for dining. The rooms are well maintained and most of the thing are accessible within the place..well recommemded place for the tourist
The hotel is good but the hospitality and management sucks . I havent slept or had my breakfast , checked in ,, wanted to have food badly ordered from their expensive menu ... and the person comes and letz me know that you have to pay first then eat . I said i will pay when i will checkout or in evening when i will go down ,,, he went off and i started to eat .. in just a moment the person comes and say SIR YOU NEED TO PAY . I was frustrated as i am going to ran off . I just checked in .. think wisely before booking ... this is my first and last booking in Hans ... will rate -5 out of 5 for hospitality and Management
Very poor hospitality . They are non accommodating, they even charged for a hand towel getting dirty . I asked for an ice cube as I was hurt they said that you need to pay for a bucket they coudnt provide on a good will basis . I will not recommend this hotel to anyone . Their staff needs basic etiquette.

I stayed 2 nights. The hotel facilities weren't the best, but they were clean, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was good and the staffs in front desk(Pinky, Vijay, Pritilea) and in restaurant were friendly. I made a reservation with breakfast included, and the breakfast was good. If you are not very sensitive, I recommend it for the price.
Not even worth it one single star. pathetic staff, zero cooperation, no bisleri water, no humanity, never visit this property, very much expensive and no service at all, very disappointing
The Hans looked central and a but classical online. I chose it for its location. Staff was pretty forthcoming, they let me check in early but the room they gave me wasn't the one I booked (it was smaller). After checking I was changed to a bigger one, the one I originally booked. In general the hotel is old, woodwork is worn, walls had ***y suitcases banged into them, towels washed too ***y times. Also windows need a deep clean. Delhi is a harsh city to run a hotel. Hotel is fine for a night or what but is in need of some TLC
