The Haiwa Beach Residency - Resort hotel in Kallambalam, Varkala - Thiruvananthapuram, India

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my recent trip, and I must say, the experience was truly remarkable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The staff at this hotel is undoubtedly its shining gem. Their friendly behavior and attentive service made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly addressing any requests I had, they truly exceeded my expectations. The genuine care they showed towards their guests was evident in every interaction. It's not just about the beautiful rooms or the well-appointed amenities--though those were certainly impressive--it's the people who truly make this place special. The location was also quite convenient, allowing me to explore the city easily. The rooms were cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. I can confidently say that the exceptional staff at this hotel turned a good stay into an unforgettable experience. First of all when we went for checking in one guy at the reception told us that the rooms were full and they are not responsible for providing us the room that we booked and to contactcustomersupport to change the residency. Then when I was in a conversation with oyo customer support another dude came and told a room just became available and to drop the call with customer support. After that the post in oyo states about basic amenities like ac, geyser and wifi but it doesn't say anywhere that if we book through oyo or any other online booking site that they will only provide a basic and bad room with no ac. Also the bathroom was poorly maintained and the room was filled with dirt and sand on the floor and there was some random black stuffs on the bed sheets too. They provided a blanked with holes and was very uncomfortable to sleep in it. The only positive to our stay is that the bed was the only thing comfortable in that room. If you're going to go to this hotel please don't book it through any online platforms. And don't go with the non ac rooms as they are not worth 1300.

Worst experience ever..Booked through OYO and when we reached there, those idiot staffs denied checkin. They asked for extra money. Anyhow we paid 1600 for AC room and stayed for 2 hours without electricity. They don't have a power backup system and they are taking these much money from the customers.

No blankets No drink water Dirty bed Dirty fan Annoying , sound making old AC No hot water to take bath All mangers and works are fruads just money minded No respect to customers treatment is very bad. Does not even deserve 1 star . Please don't go to this hotel .

Visited this hotel after booking it through make my trip. We had booked AC rooms but they said we can only provide non Ac rooms and it is your mistake that you booked through app. Bed quality was bad as well and they don't provide hot water for bathing

Room condition is not so good compared to the price. When we visited, room was full of paint smell. Have plugs but it was stuck when I try to plug in my mobile charger.I check online price for the room and I contact them they told they don't accept any offers like it shows in online sites. The receptionist told that the prize that shows online is paid on check in and balance amount will be paid on check out. Will get more comfortable rooms for the same price range. If anyone planning to stay here, its better to carry bedsheets, soap and other essential things like it.

Located Well n walkable from Beach... Very neat Bathroom n Very neat rooms. Excellent staffs n Very kind staff. Arranged Good vehicles 2 wheeler at very nominal price for 3days... Very safe for Single Girls to stay at this resort n guiding around to places was good. I had an Good experience n stay. Thank you experience
