The hotel location is very bad.the staff is good .but the hotel is not maintained. The staff are very casual about things which is very strange..in a hospitality industry. The restaurant is not worth sitting. Not recommended place.
Very disappointing stay...!!! Hotel does not care at all for their guests. Rooms were not checked before guest check-in, exhaust fan was making terrible noise and was only fixed after repeated complaints. Breakfast was having a fixed menu and on asking for other options we were asked to eat pickle and paratha. Do not select this hotel for staying.

The hotel is located in a quiet locality and away from the busy roads. The property is beautiful and has an old-school charm to it. The staff is polite and courteous. They helped us out with all our needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Shillong
Room was okay. People were good. They have thali only in dinner and it was bad in taste. Breakfast doesn't have much options. So overall average stay with bad food.
We stayed here at 3 nights. The hotel is very well maintained. Rooms are neat and clean. Their interior is traditionally decorated. The staff is very polite and cooperative. They have very limited breakfast. They serve 2 dishes I. Breakfast with bread butter jam and fruit juice. Chef was very cooperative, he made stuffed Parantha for my son. There was plumbing problem in our rooms which they fixed on immediate basis. They don't provide food in room. They have nice restaurant where you can enjoy Ur meals.
Very unprofessional. Room heaters are not working. No housekeeping services available after seven pm. Please don't waste your money and spoil your vacation.
