Excellent machines loved to do my intense workouts, very helpful trainers and spotters on floor, very decent clientele and staff on reception. Loved the ambience of the gym, must recommended for beginners and intermediate who really want to learn and get results. Trainers are certified and very helpful.

best part of any gym is their services on which a gym sustains in the market, 5 stars on their general training part, exceptionally good well trained professional staff on reception, as well as on floor, trainers are very helpful, the gym has good ambience as well as good interiors, would recommend to everyone who wants to learn the art of being fit, with the right approach of trainers and diet inlost 7 kilos in 3 months got good strength and muscle mass lost good amount of fat under general training.thanks alot the gym for the support.

loving the training and ambience of the gym, best part is state of the Art machines and trainers spotters on the floor, AC floor management, staff management is quite professional and helpful. must have for near by new beginners and intermediate young kids and females who really want to learn the basics of exercise and nutrition.

This is one of the best gym in Karol bagh...This is a spacious gym and If You enter this gym you can have different vibes and motivation for bodybuilding and fitness...some Infrastructural work required in the washroom/toilet and the gym management will do this as soon as possible...I have been a member of the gym for approx 4 years...They always do some changes with machines, dumbbells, weight plates and other accessories when required...The gym always looks new when you enter today or after 3-4 years later... Very pleasant environment and the owner, manager, the trainers and other staff of this gym are very cooperative and behave in mannered way just like your close friend...I always prefer to join this gym because I don't like anything easily but I like this gym very much due to their facilities and services provided by the associated persons with this gym... Awesome gym must join

The gym is good and the trainers are quite friendly and knowledgeable. The equipments are superbly mauntained. The drawback is that there is quite better equipment in the market now and a gym should replace old machines with newer and unique machines. The cardio section is missing the situp board. Rest the dumbbell weights available are sufficient. Weighted plates are sufficient even cardio mats are available in ample amounts. The ambiance is positive and trainers guide you through your workout and keep a keen eye. Must join place

PROS: Good Barbells Quality. Good Dumbbells Quality. One of the Best Ducted Air Conditioning System. Gym is in basement. Gym is neat and clean. 7 days open till late night. CONS: Open Parking which is bad when it's raining. Bad Bench Press setup. Bad Incline Benches. No drinking hot water. Bad Leg Press Machine. Bad Plates. Less Dumbbells weight. Most of the time Dumbbells, Plates fall here and there and sometimes its very difficult to find those pairs. Earlier they had 2 helpers available all the time now they don't have any. They have Steam Bath but it's always closed.

One of the best gym in Karol Bagh with highly maintained equipment's and good hygiene .. also the crowd here is decent and disciplined staff. Trainers here are highly qualified and supportive . Highly recommended for family .. one must visit and have the experience.
