Hi, its a nice express gym to workout. Its affordable. Its very crowded. The machines are a little old but are workable after oiling and compromise from customer. The front desk staff is very accommodating and helpful. There is no private parking but it is manageable. During evening there are regular group classes in aerobics area and some trainers do not allow non participants to use the area during group classes. So you cant do yoga stretches if there is a crossfit class going on.

They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors - I highly recommend checking this gym out!
Best Gym in Ashok Vihar and the best Coach I have ever seen. Very helpful, and once you join you will see the difference with in a month. worst gym ever! Never join here with their buttery talks. The gym got very stupid staff. Trainers are interested in you except only for first week. I agree they were the good a year ago but now its got way steep down.They must provide suggestion box. They are just fostering trainers rather than asking the members' experience. Its their time to decline.
They have no regards of your money, your time or their customers. They are not willing to listen to their customers and willing to understand a situation of theirs. Plus, there is no way to contact the owner or manager or any senior. All the numbers on the internet and their own website are non-existent and the staff in the gym never have their seniors' contact they can share with us. It's like you have just one point of contact, their staff, who's not even willing to let us talk to someone in the company. I practically have wasted away my money, which they have no respect for. I'm really disappointed and sorry to have come across this gym.
Now it's been almost 2 years i have been going to this gym and i love the ambience, the vibe of this place. Loved the trainers and the equipments of this place. The vibe always kept me motivated to push myself. You can depend on this gym for a great workout and at the end of the day what's better than a great workout day....
