I have been going to this gym for over 3 yrs and here is my opinion:- Positives:- 1) good Atmosphere 2) equipments in good condition 3) good training Negatives:- 1) trainer is now always available at evening and bad form will result in injury (I ended up having 2 injury, choose morning batch or personal training to avoid this) 2)it is too expensive (as of now)

Best Gym The gym has a dedicated trainer. Offers really good training....Excellent gymnasium for body building enthusiasts.

One of the best fitness center in ernakulam. Very good atmosphere...Superb trainers.... Very nice gym..Feel like home....
