Cardio equipments needs servicing and replacement. Strength training equipments looks in good condition. Overall area for workout is good and doesn't result in congestion.
I had a very bad experience at this gym some of the trainers are arrogant and rude. They never turn on the AC and and always play pathetic desi music.Pranjal mam is very cunning and i feel cheated about the fees which i paid. 16 hours gym is much better option than this desi gym.

Can say it is most successful Gym for the surrounding having two branches. Sanity and machines are maintained properly. Trainers are skilled and train as per requirement of body with personal attention. Personal training and Special trainings are more satisfactory than expected.

Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely be returning for a round two, hope to see you there!

#Healthy environment but lot of suffocation, their is no Cross ventilation in the Gym premises, so this is seriously a bad point for gym, but to avoid this inconvenience to the people they have provided air conditioning.

Amazing place to transform yourself, I visited there 2 years back for couple of month and results was outstanding(from 80 KG to 72 KG). unfortunately I've to shifted to other city so missing TGF.
Definitely one of the best gym that I have ever visited. TGF is simply superb, the way they guide you on day to day basis, answer all your queries, force you to be disciplined is simply outstanding. And not to forget Pranjal Mam, who supervise each and every details.
