Ok services. More concerned about money and monthly package then actually motivating and making people health conscious.
Last year I did took there one year package for a friend with steam bath .
Review I got, many months there steam bath didn't worked (but they did took the money and didn't refunded ).
There weren't any dramatic changes after a year of going to gym.
Many reasons can be given ,but if one is more concerned about selling monthly packages rather than focusing on people, this wouldn't had happened.
I will not recommend this gym.
I only visited this once, but it seemed to be a nice place. It has all the necessary equipment, plenty of space, plenty of trainers and a decent crowd. It also had wall mounted air conditioners but during my visit in the afternoon, they weren't making much difference. The pricing is pretty reasonable. Overall it's nice.
Gym has good equipments. Trainers know their techniques.
The experience at The Gym Factory is really great. Trainer Divya Mam is an amazing trainer, her behavior and nature is very friendly. She is very knowledge person in the field of body building and fitness.
