Pretty scenic place , people usually go for the motor boat rides and picnics , one can visit with friends to enjoy the scene near the river, sit around and relax for some time.

You can visit here. Its a good place, and specially at the time of sunset or sunrise it looks more beautiful. It has picnic spots too, you can enjoy with your family there. You have chai with loved ones near the ghat. There are house boats also one of them is OM house boats and few others, you can have luxurious time there with your family and friends.

It was great experience with friends. We could able to see Dolphins, Migratory Birds and enjoyed River cruise under budget Rs5000

Terrific experience. Night stay at the cozy environment of Om Houseboats coupled with two distinct boat rides in the Dibru river, one in the night itself and the other the next morning. Extremely friendly staff at Om Houseboats. One can visit this place in the winter a well as in the summer season. Both are distinct and special experiences on their own. We visited in the first week of January which was winter at its peak in upper Assam. In the chilly winter night, the evening boat ride and the accompanying bonfire is just what you require to enliven your evening. Not just that, the roasted chicken and vegetable pakoras make it more immersing experience. You can sing, dance and Di whatever you like in the middle of the river. After that's over, you are taken back to the houseboat where the staff serve you another sumptuous dinner. No compromises are done in the dinner.

Serene and beautiful meets here creating a soothing harmony. Amazing place. The boat ride involves a visit to Dibru Saikowa National Park and Dolphin point. On the way back they drop you off at a small island where you can play in the shallow waters. Carry packed food and drinks. It's a great picnic spot. Avoid visiting on weekends, it gets a bit crowded during weekends.

Place is good, one can find small boats for going on boating. Good for birdwatching, cruise ship outing and night stay. Govt should do something for erosion of river sides.

This is a nice tourist spot for picnic and spend some quality time.. refreshing
