Worst experience. Food quality is very very very bad. I ordered Pulao and Paneer butter masala combo. Paneers are sour in taste , it seems that panners are not fresh. The pulao have very strong fragrance which is overpowered and made me nauseous. I had to throw almost the entire meal. Not recommendable .

Food quality is good. They also deliver those foods. Price is attractive. Budget friendly outlet in Burdwan City. They also available in zomato and swiggy with attractive offers.

Worst Biryani & Butter Chicken I have ever had. The butter chicken was full of food colour. It was as red as blood. Chicken leg piece was so hard. And the biryani is totally tasteless. Not even smell like biryani. Quantity was good but taste This was my first time ordering from this hotel, and it is the last time too.

Previously it used to be very good but now it provides average food in affordable price . Starter like Roll , momo , pakora , chowmein etc are good .You can try Fried rice and chili chicken.It's really greatTandoor segment is overall good in low price But if you order other dishes you will be disappointed most of the time. Indian items ( like butter masala , do payaza) , biriyani, Chinese starter (crispy chicken/ oil fry ) are not good and tasteless. all dishes will be felt almost same.Basically some chicken pieces with horrible preparation and not close to original dish in terms of quality, texture, gravy The worst thing is sometime they don't serve fresh chicken and it's really annyoing

My experience was very very bad last night. I ordered food from The Grub Club yesterday night around 10.55pm using swiggy app. I paid full amount and my order was confirmed. A delivery boy named Suman Ghosh was assigned for delivering my food. The delivery boy called me and I told him my address. After some time it was suddenly showing that my order has been delivered while I didn't get my food. Then I called that delivery boy but he didn't receive my call. This was worst service from the part of the restaurant and the swiggy app too. If they can not assure the safe and successful delivery of food to the customer then they should stop the services. This is the worst kind of harrassment that one can face while waiting for food.

Let me be very frank & clear. Grub Club (formerly Grub Truck) happens to be one of the best fast food joints out there in the town at present. The most attractive part is their pricing. All the items are very reasonably priced and pocket friendly. And to say about quality of food served, it's way better and tasty than those shiny big avatars out in the town. Have had their combo items and Chicken Pakoras, you are bound to fall for them. Judge them as per their price. All their items are reasonably fresh and healthy. Suitable for all age groups.

Its a small place but absolutely it is a fine place. I was a little bit uncomfortable due to small space. Staff behaviour was very polite to the customers. Food was tasty and different varieties of food was available there including rolls, chowmins, momos, soups, breads, and many more. Availability of water, salt, chutney was there on each table. I personally liked the place.

Average food at reasonable rate..Quality has been degraded from its past when they were GRUB Track ..actually I'm ordering from them since they were grub track . Yes Can order from zomato or swiggy ....They don't follow customer's instruction ...Neither they receive customer call .. everytime i mention not to give chilli in roll or fried rice or chowmein , they add it more , rotis has become more small and comes burn . Disgusting
