I have been a member of THE GRIND GYM for several months and it has been an incredible experience. I started my journey around a year ago in the grind gym when I joined the gym I was around 91 kg and now I am 75.6 kg ( yes these pictures are mine ). I can say Grind gym is the best gym in Jhansi. They have certified trainers from K11 and even the owner is K11, certified. They have very nice (imported) equipment and basically focus on overall development from strength to stamina and also have a great area for cardio and CrossFit which make the gym a better place to work out. The gym purpose is not only to earn money but to help others with their respective goals and one more thing to add it is the only gym in Jhansi which have two squat racks and two deadlift stations which make this place a heaven for weight lifters.

Trainers are professional and help all the time if asked and the owner is very helpful. The lifting environment is also good and cleanliness is maintained. Personal training also available and equipment is well maintained and imported. Overall very nice gym and most of all, safe for women

We have supplied the entire fitness equipment to The Grind Gym, I am not rating this gym 5 Star because they bought equipment from me, its for clients to rate our equipment. I am rating this solely for Mr. Saurabh, who is such a nice gentleman, always wish to bring new and good equipment for members, members will be benefited surely.
