The Greenwood Hotel, Tezpur - Hotel in Tezpur, Kumar Gaon - Sonitpur, India

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Greenwood Hotel in Tezpur, and I must say that I had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the high level of satisfaction in every aspect of my stay. The rooms at the Greenwood Hotel are not only comfortable but also beautifully set up. However, what truly stood out to me was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. They were not only efficient but also incredibly polite and attentive to all my needs. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. Now, let's talk about the food. The dining experience at the Greenwood Hotel was nothing short of delightful. The menu offered a variety of delicious dishes, and the quality of the food was exceptional.

The Human resource is NOT trained here. They are less interested in service and more interested in chilling like customers :). Nonetheless, they are courteous and once you find them, they would attend to your demands. Each serving at the restaurant is enough for two individuals. The food is good and wine is served at right temperature. They have peanut boxes available on table itself.

Terrible service at the restaurant. Very unprofessional service staff. They were non responsive and very non enthusiast. The restaurant staff took almost half an hour to come with a menu although the restaurant wasn't crowded. The staff must be trained to deal with guest with a positive attitude. Had to return to room without dining at the restaurant. This kinda service is not expected in such an expensive property.

It was one of my worst experience visting here.. We went for a Lunch buffet which was Rs 500 but the food items were degenerated.. I urge everyone not to go for their so called Buffet by the price tag.. The service within the restaurant was also not up to the mark and the most embarrassing was they were not aware of refilling, when the buffet became empty.. A Big -10 for the taste A Big -5 for the service

This hotel is right in Tezpur city. Rooms are quite big and nicely maintained. All channels of tv were working which came as a surprise as hotels generally don't recharge the tv packs. Food and restaurant service is wonderful.

Thank you for making my son's birthday feel so memorable. Loved the entire property and the hospitality. Hope to visit again.

Ambience is not bad. The servics at the restaurant was disgusting. Unprofessional, unskilled staff . Waited for amost 1.5 hours for the food before leaving without eating at the restaurant.
