The Green Dice Aquascaping Studio - Aquarium shop in New Delhi - South, India

We had one of the worst experience with Green Dice and Mehru who claims to be the owner and founder of this facility She is absolutely rude & doesn't treat a customer like one. I ordered an aquarium from Green Dice. I was charged as per the design which was approved by them which meets the environment required for the fish and they charged me extra for the customization. We paid 10000 advance for the booking and they recommended we come another day once the tank is made for customization. It was an emotional piece of art for me as I had to gift it to my daughter on her birthday. I travelled all the way from west Delhi to Mehrauli twice along with my daughter & spent hrs to give our inputs on customizing the design. The first day itself the treatment wasn't good and Mehru was showing lot of attitude. However, appreciate Kabeer's effort who is a true artist and gave us inputs on how to bring up that piece. After few days of designing & continuous follow-ups with no response from Mehru one fine day I got a message on whatsapp from them that the fish tank had broken at their facility & they are cancelling our order as they have got one big project and do not have time anymore. This was a shock for me that how can they be so inconsiderate and go back on their commitment because they have got another order. My daughter was also very upset as she was eagerly waiting for that piece. I had a thorough discussion with Mehru but she was talking very rudely and did not show any remorse on what had happened and how we were being treated. I would not at all recommended Green dice to any one as even if you pay advance and patiently wait for the delivery there is no guarantee that they will honor their commitment & they do not even take accountability of even the electronic equipment which needs to be placed in the tank.My money spent is Also not refunded.

I bought an aquarium that was personally customised for me. The aquarium was just perfect and all my demands were kept in mind. Dealing with Mehru and Kabeer has been delightful, they're very generous and customer satisfaction was fully taken care of. Would totally recommend this to everyone who wishes to get their fishes a beautiful home.

The most beautiful aquarium I have ever seen. Guys are involved and dedicated to their work. Keep the knowledge in depth. They are just awsm and work is the best. They do not sale just for the sake. They ask you examine and then allow for aquarium. They are so very perfect and care alot for any fish. This place is what I can say Nature. Just Beautiful

Worst place ever. Total fraud. Waste of time and peace of mind. We got duped as we were lured by their attractive tanks. Mehru Dua owner is extremely unprofessional n rude. We had paid advance to her and spent hours there to get our tank created and after few days they said our tank is broken and they would not be recreating it as they have got one big project. Very greedy and don't honour their commitment. Mehru dua was shouting at us on phone when we asked at least she should have picked our calls if tank was broken. We wasted our time, money and emotionaly it was very bad experience. They don't even give guarantee on electronic items which are fitted in tank

I can't believe this happened with you guys.. May be a bad time. I have visited the place and never found anything negative there. Mehru and Kabeer have always greeted me well and I have visited them many times with my wife. I didn't buy anything the first time I went there but kept coming back due to their amazing hospitality and humbleness in The Green dice studio and i bought the stuffs from there(I got the purchase details too). Also I would recommend people to visit the place meet both mr Kabeer and Mehru Dua. They are the most amazing and caring hosts.

One of the best shop in India for aquascape. People are awesome and have deep passion in the field. Very helping, they guide you from scratch. If you are serious about aquascape, this is a must to go place. Time pass kinda folks should avoid as this is for artists and those who have an interest to learn new things.

Very disappointing experience I had couple of months back. They claimed their stones, moss and plants are from Himalayas and charged extravagant but later we got to know from shops nearby that they are fake and procure stuff from local markets in Delhi and make fool of their customers. They are very rude especially their owner Mehru Dua and they stop picking up calls once they sell their product. Fraud company. If u have to buy such tanks there are many places in Delhi

I am a hobbyist. I never meet with such a kind personality like mr kabeer in my life yet. He is a true lover for animal and nature. He want to promote this hobby into us with the flow of nature. He is having an unconditional love for nature. I had a long telephonic conversation with him of 1hr for my fish tank setup without thinking about money he just gave me best ideas from his beautifull experience. Fewest person like him who attend u without thinking of making money but forsure he want hobbyist like me to grow their interest into the nature and animals. I learnt one most important point from him that if we think about fish that what actual fish want instead of what we humans or like then our fish will be happy and if fish happy then we humans become happy by seeing their happinesses in our home tanks. Thanks kabeer ji i will surely meet u personally soon for my ongoing setup. May waheguru always keep you and your family happy and healthy. Happy diwali
