Hopeless is the only word to describe the after a disastrous disappointing experience. The waiters will make you feel like you are beggars asking for food. They need to learn the basics of hospitality. The most horrible experience one can have from 5 star hotel. Stale food. Low taste. High prices. Serving is super slow with a count whereas they should be serving unlimited as per the food buffet standards. You keep asking them and it will never come. Never felt so disgusted i hope no one has to go through this kind of an experience. They don't even deserve one star.
Well if you run the place, you must do it well. Some of the kababs weren't well done and kitchen won't take feedback You can really work on ambience and make it luxurious

service is very slow..specially when they are serving starters.They take literally half an hour to bring salad and then another half an hour to bring next item. you start getting feeling they are trying to save money by giving slow service so that you eat less but u pay full amount
