I had a very disappointing experience at THE GREAT KEBAB FACTORY. The service was incredibly slow, and it took ages for our food to arrive. We have paid, but what ever asked to repeat they said its over. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to our complaints. Overall, it was a frustrating and unsatisfactory dining experience.
You got to pay if in Radisson, so no question of "value for money". One thing I really don't understand, a person can't have more than 250 grams of mutton in a buffet meal, so why is Radisson behaving like a local eatery, when they can charge close to 4-5K for two persons?
Food: some dishes are really great, authentic taste. To my susprise Biryani was very flavorful. Full marks. Chicken is okayish. Curries were ordinary, chewy mutton (maybe for authentic Mughal taste). Dal makhni was good. Shahi Tukda is thick, tasted okay, not what I expected.
Service: on a given Sunday, nowhere close to what you should expect at top places in Benaras.
The Great Kabab Factory is already a quite popular brand in the hotel Radisson to try some delicious food with my friend.

preferred for extra hot and spicy food, they had cooks prepare our food to suit our palates. The food was delicious, especially the fried fish, chicken tandoori, veg platter, tikka. The meal also came with naan, paratha and rice.
My experience was worst. They charged 1250/- per person and the food quality was not expected against the price. Menu was ordinary and many items were not available as they ran out of it.
Visit only if you have enough money to waste.
It is the best Indian restaurant I have ever eaten in. I have been to many Indian restaurants in India as well as all over the world, this restaurant is the best. You must visit this restaurant if you are ever in varanasi, India.
