The taste, ambiance and variety was good. Never had such amazing galouti kabab in my life. Little disappointed with their service and desserts. Service was slow, Starters were served too slow but the taste was good. Overall I had a great experience. Will surely visit again.

The great Kabab factory located at Radddison Blu at Kharadi is one of a gem in Pune. The place has a beautiful ambiance and well decorated. The food served is fresh and delicious. This place is a paradise for non veg lovers. They have varieties of kababs, fish, tikkas and everything tasted heavenly. The service and hospitality is too good. They hosts live Indian musics. A great place to visit!!!

The food was delicious, ambience was very cool, live music was just perfect and very soothing. Their crockery was little old, they should change it. I personally don't like moong dal halwa, rest dishes are tasty.

Today we visited the great kabab factory (panchvati,Ahmedabad). we were total 6 peoples. The price here Rs.1250/- plus taxes per person. Their motto was to not to serve properly. The manager named Mr.Shubham was a liar. He did not tell us fully about the offers and discounts and later went back on his word. Waiter's Intentions were very much clearer that, he was just looking at the computer, not to see customers, so that, (usko customers ki requirements hi hisab se khana serve na karna pade). The taste were not satisfying as compared to the cost.Galouti kebabs are being served with a mini paratha which was like we are eating raw mutton.Deserts were limited, Mutton Biryani was pathetic tasteless.No charts...no cold drinks... First they will serve all the dry item in 5 -10 minutes difference but when we ask for repeat it will take too much time.We have to asking again and again for even water.We have charged Rs.1250/- for 5 water bottles, which should be include in buffet as we pay for it. I really ashamed my self to go in the great kabab factory.Their body language, clearly shows you, how they are providing services. Do not waste time and money for the great kabab factory.There are many restaurants in Ahmedabad which offers more butter buffet spreads and in half the price which they charged,you rather choose any barbeque nation or other buffets, not in mood to visit again after that pathetic service nd staff also not have any complimentary drinks so.. I totally felt that my Rs 10.3k spent were worthless and I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this place.

It was really very good experience when I saw my iftar packet in just rupees 999 .I got so many dishes in one box me and my family enjoy so much . My Daughter demanded for one more box.
