Very cordial experience. Barring the disadvantage of the location of the Academy I'd say the whole experience was better than what i had expected. I walked in on a bunch of eager hairdressers waiting to assist you with all they can. My hair is particularly frizzy. I had opted for a keratin treatment to soothe the large amount of breakage my hair suffers. The hairdresser examined my hair and suggested me the process i should go for. It took longer than what i expected yet the result was satisfactory. I had returned the next day because my hair was acting up a bit and yet they had cordially treated my hair. Very satisfied with the whole experience. Would suggest anyone reading this to talk it out properly with your hairdresser, and do the proper research before you get your hair styled or treated.

Great experience. I got my eyebrows and upper lips threaded by a stylist named Mampi. She did a really great job. However, I wish they would employ more people so that the customers don't have to wait long. Otherwise, it's amazing.
