Nice budget hotel with premium facilities and very well fitted bathroom fittings. Even the breakfast area was also very nice. Everything was well placed and staff was quite cooperative. A home far from home.

This hotel is pretty decent and the rooms are big enough. Service was great. The staff was very responsive. The location is very convenient to go anywhere. It's on the main road. The food is so delicious. Breakfast was included in our package. Both days there was variety in breakfast. There was a massage chair in our room . I highly recommend this place because of the friendliness, service, food, and location.

Vey bad experience as the rates were very high as compared to the Menu posted on their Website and Zomato. I have organised a party comprising of 15+ members and their charges were very high. I have checked menu of the restaurant online wherein the rate of Munchow soup was mentioned as 170 but they have charged 280. They are cheating their valuable customers by charging high rates on dining. Will never visit this restaurant again. Pathetic and slow service as well

Rooms and Location are excellent. The Breakfast is good as well But the reason I am leaving such a poor review is as follows: My father asked them a simple question which was if they can wash my car for which we were ready to pay. He said Yes and when asked about the charges, he said an X amount which my father thought it was too much as other hotels in Mumbai charge less. When my father said so, the guy told us that people with Mercedes and Audi come here and we charge them a lot more. And then in such a horrible language he said for the car you have , it deserves less charges. We found it extremely insulting. No matter what Car the guest has or irrespective of the Financial status of the guest, no one has any right to judge and insult them to their face. It's the most horrible behaviour from any kind of staff This is absolutely not acceptable

Very good experience in staying there. We had a nice time. We enjoyed good and other amenities too. Nice room service Good staying there. You all can have a good time.

It's grandeur but not everything is grand here, just a clean rooms and good food and decent hygiene level. Good ambience, good lobby area but nothing nearby to do an activity you have to go far.

Very Good Ambient, dining at 1st floor (lift), Very good ^ prompt service and good punjabi foods ( No South Indian ), located at link Road , parking facility and not too costly. Hotel with stay facilities.

Nice ambience. Not too expensive. Food quality reasonably good. Service not so good. Only veg food served.
