The Grand Yasmin Ladakh - Hotel in Leh - Leh Ladakh, India

Really loved the service of the hotel. The food was good the staff was helpful and the location is very near to the leh main market. The views from the top floor rooms are very beautiful. They have reasonable room service fares too. Note- the only problem I faced was about the hot water as it wasn't available all the time they change the dial from boiler to solar time to time therefore there is no regularity of hot water.

Very nice experience. The property is amazing, rooms with view of mountain range, service is good. If you're staying at leh then this place would be the perfect one.

AVOID THIS HOTEL. The location is pathetic, the hotel sits in a narrow bylane of Leh, where taking your tempo traveller is a major challenge. The rooms are dusty and beds & bedsheets are horrible. There's no provision of heaters. The blankets sree itchy, rough and stinky. The bathrooms are ok, with good hot water provision. Food is pathetic, and I would advise tourists staying here to eat light. Service is average, staff is very reluctant to assist with luggage but very eager to collect tips.

The Hotel was great. Rooms, services, view and food all were pretty nice and enjoyable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I would like them to improve is that they switch off the hot water facility between 8-9 AM which are peak hours to get ready and head outside . Please change your timings as it causes inconvenience.

Nice hotel in Leh ; market is at walkable distance ; buffet breakfast and dinner are very good ; rooms are spacious ; staffs are very good including staff at reception ; I recommend this hotel for all

We had a great time at Grand Yasmin the structure is beautiful, rooms were clean and service was prompt and polite. Manager also helped us with planning the site seeing. One suggestion is to have a self service drinking water dispenser (hot/cold) as everytime we had to give our bottles to fill with hot water and it took some time.

I checked in this hotel on 10th of Jun 2023 morning 0630 hrs. Mr Rattan singh, the manager of hotel allowed me to checked in the family suit No 204 even the time of check in is 1100 hrs. On 11 of Jun we went to local site, after coming back from local site I felt breathing problem and mild fever approximately at 1700 hrs on same day. Very next morning ie on 12 Jun 23 I was not able to breathe and my temperature was 102, Mr rattan singh organised a vehicle for me and assured me for safety of my family at hotel. I was admitted in Leh hospital in ICU and by god grace discharged from hospital at 9 pm. Again he organised a vehicle for me to pick up from Leh hospital. So, finally I thank to every member of Yasmin hotel for kind gesture and fir taking care of my family when I was fighting for my life in Leh hospital. Special thanks to Mr Ratan singh the manager of Yasmin hotel. If sometime I will come to Leh I will stay in same hotel. Thanks a lot

We loved the Hotel The Grand Yasmin the location cannot be beat! We had a specious room with beautiful views and wonderful service and hospitality from the staff. Specially Manager Rattan Singh who go above and beyond to make sure we have the best time and he was particularly helpful.
