I have visited the places twice. I really like the location of the hotel. It's calm and quite away from the city noise. I feel relaxed at the hotel. The staff is caring and taking care of the services. The food quality is great.
My wife and I stayed at The Grand Welcome Hotel in Shimla for two nights. Our room had the valley view and the view was amazing. The room was spacious, clean, and well heated. We had two breakfasts and two dinners, and ordered a variety of menu items, and all of them were absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Every staff member we interacted with were very helpful, courteous, and prompt. Our special thanks and gratitude to Suresh (food and beverage manager) who went out of his way to accommodate our request for early dinner and breakfast. Overall, an extremely well-managed hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 days and it was an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, luxurious and cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. When I went to eat with my family they had a menu and i wanted to order something that wasn't on the menu they made it for me instead of declining and saying that they cant make it. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.
