Room service is very poor. No attention or service even after repeated calls. Repeatedly went to the reception and asked for room service. Breakfast quality is similar to normal hotels in the market. TLDR; Worst place to stay, for long term corporate guests. Bad attitude and poor customer service. Glitchy air conditioning. Dust filled rooms and poor insulation. Oily and acidity inducing food. We stayed here for a long term corporate stay. This turned out to be the worst corporate stay experience I've ever experienced in over 46 hotels that I've stayed in India. They do not value the guests, and do not know how to talk to guests. Very arrogant attitude and insulted our crew members during meals. The poor experience with this hotel was experienced by other guests as well. 1. Poor air conditioning, especially on the 4th floor. Hotel management never accepted fault, rarely were they able to even accommodate guests in decent rooms. 2. Poor quality and very oily food. This led to acidity issues with a lot of people on the team. I personally never had acidity issues, before staying with this property.
Nice hotel but rooms are a bit costlier according to the service and the coziness in the rooms . They don't have any dormitory sort of thing for drivers to stay because it's difficult to find a room for drivers in the area
