Grand Takshak Hotel, one of the luxury four star hotels in Mahesana is located in the city's central business district, 2 minutes' drive from Nugar circle and ten minutes from the bus stand, corporate and shopping hubs not available.This preferred 4 star hotel special discounted rates and exclusive packages for both business and leisure travelers. Nice and clean rooms with AC and clean washroom attached. Little ground Infront for walks-pace.
Stayed there with family for a overnight stay. Pros: 1. Rooms are big and decent Cons: 1. Staff was very rude. While we were waiting to check-in, he was arguing with OYO and why they allowed the guest to book the rooms. 2. The geyser was not working. Family was forced to shower in cold water. 3. Asked for extra blanket and the guy started crying that hotel is full and all extra blankets were given to guest. Strange because we were the only guest staying in the hotel. Maybe the hotel also caters to Ghosts hence we were not able to see any human besides my family. 4. Hotel in an abandoned shopping mall. 5. On the outskirts of main mehsana city. No auto or cab available around. Have to walk 3kms to reach city. 6. The bedsheet had stains and hair follicles. Avoid this place purely because of staff.
The hotel looks nice from the outside and is spacious as well but the management is terrible. The sheets were all soiled and not replaced from the prev use. After requesting to change the sheets also they were extremely dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned after the previous checkout and there was no hot water. Room service did not have options and the utensils used were unwashed and dirty. Would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good day's rest after a journey. One of the rooms was stinking because of lack of air and improper plumbing
It doesn't even deserve 1 star , I would have given -5 star . Worst hotel I visited in my life. How come oyo allows these kind of hotels? You can see hair follicles of previous occupants in the photos I have attached. Very bad and dirty bucket. Closet and room was not clean. The bedsheet was torn. Bedspread was not given. Very rude staff, they tell on our face that you can leave the hotel right away. Checkout the dirt on the slippers they provided. Health faucet came off from the wall and was not working. There was no enough space in bathroom to stand. You shall sit on the closet and take shower. You get to see bad stains on the walls and bedsheets. Very bad experience.
Very good hotel. Nice location. Right from the first look you will start feeling positive about this hotel. Capsule lift, chic interiors, large rooms, nearby isckon temple, good food et al make you feel good and makes ur stay pleasing. Good staff. Being new they are supposed to be reminded for services but they are ready to serve you and are learning their lessons fast. I had a very good and pleasing experience staying at this place.
Absolutely worst customer experience. Manager denied check in and demanded extremely high fare and was talking very rudely. Kindly don't visit here if you want to have a peaceful time.
Receptionist are also rude person also having allready booking online then desktop side there are extra payment given me then check in me...so plz don't recommend this property
Hotel rooms not maintained & 60/65% of food items mentioned on menu not available which includes basic bread butter or veg sandwich.
